The beauty of these collectibles is that they are rare, they look neat, and they are worth nothing.

Vega Standard Engraved Trumpet

This beautiful thing is extremely engraved and extremely in need of restoration. Much of the plating is worn off. It's a small bore horn which came with a New York Bach 10 1/2 A mouthpiece. Modern mouthpieces don't fit.
The bell reads "Chas E. George Model -- VEGA Standard - Made By THE VEGA COMPANY - 155 Columbus Street BOSTON." I believe it's from the mid 20's. Chas George was the company vice president.
